As the calendar turns over to July 100 degree days are to be expected. With little to no rain and high day time temps, rivers are sure to be heading for "low and clear" status. Some rivers, like the Rogue River in Southern Oregon, can be greatly affected by the heat, reaching temps of 70 degrees. That's great water for Bass fishing, but Summer Steelhead like cooler temps. So what is a Steelheader to do?
