I haven't had a chance to run these for steelhead yet in Idaho, but I took a test run with them on the Snake River near Idaho Falls. I ran a double rig (12mm shrimp-10mm atomic) and had a lot of success running them with a Centerpin setup. I noticed that when a fish would grab them, they'd hold on for a crazy amount of time before they coughed it out. I had caught a couple and I was curious on how long one would actually hold it in their mouth. I got a bobber down, and it stayed down and I could feel that brown crunching on it for a while. I'll have a hard time running hard beads again. I used a bobber stop and a sequin to keep it fastened and to allow for firmer hooksets. Very impressed!

Hi Keith,
Sure! You can fish any of the soft beads that way if you prefer, you don't have to peg them up on the line if you don't want to.
